I have owned this stock for years. Actually sold a large chunk back when it was above .70 and bought back just as you said. I have no interest in selling at .50 as I believe it will again go higher and I don't want to reset my tax timeline.

The investors are receiving interest for their investment and can convert to shares at or above .40 Since they were willing to except the deal they either are satisfied with the interest alone, or feel the price will be above .40 at the conversion point. I feel it's the latter.

If you'd listen to the call you'd find out that many of the recent deals were related to the SCIEX agreement. You'd also hear that we have several other new marketing partners.

Richard has done this before, and will do it again. You seem to expect miracles from a tiny micro-cap. Sales continue to improve. Awareness continues to improve, and partnerships and staff are growing. I will leave my investment alone and give it time to grow. Do as you wish. But slamming a company you state you sold is childish.
