Cannabase is another deal HLIX made but they bought Cannabase in FULL. There was never a filing with the OTC and they never disclosed it until 4 months after they made the deal. Again, doing and not talking.

Are you suggesting Cannabase is a fairy tale too? That they don't really exist? That their Twitter account was created years ago by Venegas to look like real people but it's really Venegas tweeting to verify the transaction? And that the interviews with the female voice of Cannbase with 3rd parties is a hired actor, perhaps?

In the press release you reference, BioTrack themselves make the following statement:

Steven Siegel, BiotrackTHC's founder and former Chairman, along with Brian McClintock, co-founder, state: "We felt that it was critical to sell our stake to a partner with the demonstrated strategic, financial, and execution capabilities to support Biotrack's success and its new initiatives. Selecting a partner for this transaction was a painstaking process with many suitors making a case. We finally selected Helix TCS because since their founding I have watched them deliver real value to clients, employees, and investors, and I am certain that they will do the same for BioTrack. This transaction is a game-changer for both firms, as well as the Legal Cannabis Industry."

Are you suggesting that Venegas made this statement on his own, stepped outside of his MO, and that BioTrack just stood silent and didn't speak up? Would this make logical sense considering HLIX has a partnership with them and MJ Freeway, also announced a few months ago? They were in a booth with MJ Freeway at a conference I think you attended just last week. Do you think MJ Freeway may have noticed an imposter next to them that doesn't belong?

Don't you think MJ would know they were quoted in a press release with these guys sharing a booth with them? And in that presss release, their largest competitor BioTrack was mentioned too. Why would they have a real deal with MJ and a fake deal with Biotrack, MJ's competitor? And if it's not a fake deal, why would HLIX fabricate a story with an existing real partner? Makes no logical sense.

In fact, come to think of it, according to Jennifer (co-founder of Cannabase), it was she that approached Venegas and not the other way around. She may have been talking in jest when she said that, and I don't know if she should be taken literally. but she did make that claim in a recent interview. Of course, all the articles that reference Cannabase for their data, INCLUDING YOURSELF ALAN, which you obviously have amnesia about, may have been tapping into a database that Venegas created. And the reviews out there from real customers may be emoticons created by Venegas himself. Bigger than the voter fraud in Florida! It may be dead people voting and blogging! I haven't look that far into it yet, but I'm on the case now!

It may be an entire pricing manipulation going on in Colorado and nobody knows it as everyone taps into Cannabase while ignoring MassRoots. Which, btw, isn't anything but an advertising platform.
