Yes of course you are right that we need a certain spread among owners. Though I am not sure at what exact time this spread have to be in place.
The only important date is of course first day of trading then the shares have to be owned by all the Siaf s/h's, but I'm sure its not that easy and that is the D-day!
Still the minority interest of the shares that Siaf's s/h's receive is 18% and it represents ~17 Musd worth of TRW's expected NI FY 2017, it is not cat-litter! So I do think they shouldn't leave any stone unturned when trying to get our greasy hands on them
