I am sorry to say that you are not very knowledgeable or just plain stupid.The so called board are the 2 Goldbergs who also received shares. The acting CEO has been getting paid with the funds that echo has been receiving for the past 3 months. Echo never needed a CFO with a salary of $200,000. A bookkeeper could do his job. The company admitted in one of the filings submitted to the SEC that the company does not have the experience or the know how for certain filings and needed an extention for such filings.

If someone told me that an acting CEO vested his shares early so he can get some money I would run away as fast as I can from this company. That is the most stupidest thing I ever heard.
If you want to speculate. In my opinion he vested the shares earlier because he does not know when the new funding is completed if he will have a job at echo. The new funders will most likely will be on the board and will have a budget that echo will have to adhere to. The salaries should go the employees for the R and D. They do not need to pay someone a top salary without any completed product with limited money. I believe MTIA will be the largest funder and will be in charge. When they have a product then they can get someone who has experience in the medical devises. The first order of business will be with MTIA in China. They will have that under control.

So please keep your ignorance to yourself unless you have something constructive to say that makes at the very least some tiny bit of sense.
