Also, to remind investors/traders if they notice any "obscurities" during their research (in any company), the SEC will be responsive to their inquiries. Simply, if it doesn't look right, make a call to the SEC. Where in the past, you might have been disregarded if you did. What's amazing about this article is that it's years in the making. And it pops up like another petty news article. So, the article I posted is for future reference for all traders..to help them. F.Y.I.
