Futhermore, you seem to imply that vague press releases are unique only to penny stocks that don't file with the SEC. Heck, from my experiences, vague presses releases are the status quo for anyone.

Look to Blackberry. They made a huge deal with Ford and nobody knows the detail. Are you suggesting Blackberry is a fraud because this deal wasn't in the *prior* quarter? Was that "odd"?

Should I not believe the deal with Ford was actually made with Blackberry? Why would I judge a penny stock differently? Most press releases I read on Nasdaq usually say "terms of the deal were not given."

Released just today on one of my companies as you were foaming at the mouth. Two huge companies: IBM and American Airlines. Now, read just a few sentences: "Financial terms were not disclosed."

That's par for the course.
