Patrick Vo is not a founder. He was asked by Siegel to take over as CEO when Siegel was ill. The founder are TJ Ferraro, Steven Siegel and Brian McClintock. Siegel & Ferraro were the only two working founders who self funded and took BioTrackTHC to market.
