Wouldn't be too concerned about the trading here in AH. During intraday there definitely was manipulation; however, it is needed with a PR like this to control the run. I've seen far to many "cheap" stocks run ramped and then go right back to where they started almost instantly. Manipulation here was gradual and controlled. It was a very healthy close which is why I believe it will continue to climb tomorrow. Throwing out some quick analysis to back up that statement:

Previous close: $5.00
Open: $5.80
LOD: $5.35
HOD: $6.20
Today's close: $5.65

The diff between the LOD and HOD: .55 which is less than the diff between the PC and TC: .65

This closed bullish. That is a healthy close. As long as this closes green tomorrow we will most likely be looking at a step chart forming for a continuation through the week.

Don't forget the PR about the trial wasn't alone; what is even better than that is Roth Capital headlined a solid PR about the PT at $17 with an expectation of a large pharma partnership which would most likely send this over $10 overnight. A headline like that generally means something is known but not publicly stated yet.
