The "new" claim has no value. It is in the middle of absolutely nothing in north central Vancouver Island.

It also isn't new. It is a restaking of an old NBRI claim that expired 2 weeks ago. Which means no one else wants it. And the reason it expired is because NBRI didn't spend the required exploration expenditures necessary to keep it in good standing.

Which is no surprise since NBRI is flat broke.
