For American soldiers stationed overseas, Thanksgiving often offers a much-needed reminder of home. Army barracks stock up on the feast's essentials, and soldiers take time to spread the generous spirit of the holiday while enjoying Thanksgiving traditions like a game of touch football, a modest parade, or a prayer among friends.
