mhtx management? There never was any. Proulx seems to be in charge and he appears to be an honest, decent guy. The big question is how badly will shareholders be diluted. This spinoff company has no cash for the necessary R&D and owes $6.9 million to Marvin. But you're right about how good it is to see Manny and Marv out of the picture.
