Haha! Come on, give it some time. They are currently very busy closing deals and working on their (first) project. Recently they announced the Home Depot and they are working on a project co-owned by Kevin Harrington and Mike Tyson coming up this holiday season.

My guess, and I do not know this(!), is that by March/April 2017 they complete most of the announced acquisitions/LOI's. CEO said they hope to complete acquisitions before the end of this year. I do not believe they get that done because in his last interview (November 24th), Steve Smith said they are currently midway on the announced acquisitions.
The least I expect is some combined (financial) update on Sharkreach and Mastermind before the end of this year. I hope that will bring a small -positive- reaction to the market.

They built a very impressive and experencied team so I am sure they know what they are doing and are absolutely able to create true shareholder value!
