It doesn't matter who previously held toxic indebtedness. What matters is that toxic indebtedness remains. Read the 10Q, not the PRs. Some of you here post with blinders on.

For a while, this company was able to pay off old toxic debt with new toxic debt. This stock will go nowhere until the company can generate revenues it has been promising for decades.

It is very adept at generating promises though.
