So this is the big spinoff? For all the shareholder cash and time invested they get an IOU from some Australian company they created out of thin air? Am I getting this right? This new company didn't exist before and now to pay back the IOU they will try do do an IPO and dilute the crap out of Senior Scientifics. I pity the folks who own this thing and trusted Marvin all these years.
