Brace yourself, I know this is going to be a shock to you, but Vuzix just announced another stock offering.

...relating to the sale of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $7.25 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering will be $14,500,000 before deducting commissions and estimated offering expenses. The shares of common stock are being sold to two new and two existing institutional investors of the Company.

We knew their was another one coming. I expected it in 2017. Last time was $5.75 / share IIRC. Share price essentially dropped below $6.50 on the announcement. The market is hot right now but this I suspect will be tougher sledding because of the Intel disbursement, the larger size, and it's the second one this year.
