I disagree. Management is best at reviewing the company records and culling the meat for the lawyers to do their thing. If management if not capable of doing this, they're part of the problem not the solution.

That is ridiculous. There is no question that management was either complicit or at minimum incompetent during the last few decades. Why should we trust "management" to review the very records they certified as correct when they obviously weren't. Why do you think at least three (ex) board members voluntarily returned the stock they SUPPOSEDLY "earned" to MDMN? They couldn't even hire a respectable accountant nor a qualified attorney (though the name "Hackney" rivals "Dr. Kleen" in the Medinah history of pathos and irony). Their argument was "Geez, Bluto, these CPAs and Attorneys are expensive, we can't afford that.... But heck, let's pay Chapin's family over a hundred thousand to serve as registered agent and post a mail box. C'mon...

There is no reason to assume the ship is suddenly righted- I suspect disclosure of Les' theft was demanded by Auryn, you know, the folks to whom we gave "the mountain".

As to Tupper's "candor", I will only say he does not seem to be cut from the same charlatan cloth as the rest of the insiders and promoters. I would like to believe in his integrity. But admittedly, that is only my guess, I don't know him nor vouch. Maybe he's the best con man remaining?

Experienced junior company corporate people have offered to help Medinah and they have been blown off. Why?

None of these experienced junior corporate peeps are even fluent in Spanish as far as I know, and just because someone volunteers out of the goodness of their heart doesn't mean they have any relevant expertise whatsoever to add. This is a complex matter involving intricacies across at least three countries (probably many more if/when we find out where Les and his scum-friends have stashed their cash), competing mining/taxation/treaty/security/potential breach of fiduciary duty standards and regulations, etc. No volunteer has a prayer to unravel this unless s/he has an army of underling expert volunteers to do the grunt work. This isn't a bank reconciliation; rather, it is the unraveling of nearly two decades of determined fraud.

Wake up- we need competent lawyers to DEPOSE and SUBPOENA witnesses, certainly not "management" conducting online surveys. This is NOT happening. That is the "why" that bedevils Medinah. That is why this stock is doomed, unless it actually happens AND proves successful, which is maybe a one in 25 chance at this point.
