Here is what worries me about Tupper's candor- he seems to be doing the discovery work that the law firm should be doing. This only lends credence to the supposition the law firm isn't doing much of anything, likely because an investigation of this nature would be hugely expensive and MDMN is illiquid and it isn't likely already burned stockholders have much appetite for reaching into their pockets to fund litigation that, to put it charitably, is a long shot.
Sorry folks, that is reality. Anyone have a cogent argument as to what I'm missing here? (most do not need this explanation, but "cogent" essentially means logical/rational/convincing, not the usual simian babble to which we are so accustomed).
