In all fairness, Kevin Tupper did post twice over on the other site within the past few days. While he didn't say much (he can't for obvious reasons), I think it is at least noteworthy that he's working behind the scenes and attempting to make contact with the shareholder base on a limited basis. FWIW, I do not think Kevin Tupper is cut from the same cloth as Les Price. I believe him to be a shareholder, burned like the rest of them, who has a set of skills that he believes may be help extricate MDMN from Les' black hole. We'll see how he does but for now, the jury is still out. If he is honest, he would be the first in a long line of insiders.

I agree with all of your points; Tupper isn't a common crook or ignorant accessory like so many if not all in the past.

Here is what worries me about Tupper's candor- he seems to be doing the discovery work that the law firm should be doing. This only lends credence to the supposition the law firm isn't doing much of anything, likely because an investigation of this nature would be hugely expensive and MDMN is illiquid and it isn't likely already burned stockholders have much appetite for reaching into their pockets to fund litigation that, to put it charitably, is a long shot.

Sorry folks, that is reality. Anyone have a cogent argument as to what I'm missing here? (most do not need this explanation, but "cogent" essentially means logical/rational/convincing, not the usual simian babble to which we are so accustomed).
