I am really thinking to issue shares to a partner. As I stated before, this would be crazy if just for best practices giggles 200m. Im not sure I have ever seen anything like it. Seen many small companies like Ktov do for 20m, 50m, etc., especially considering they have no debt and nearly 20 million in bank. If for some reason this does not get bought out or partnered before nda all our future news could be suppressed by this.
