The terms for the offering have already been set if one were inclined to read through the info provided by Dahl. I believe I have also mentioned it here.

I also feel what I own in this name is virtually worthless but I have fiddled with this stock enough over the years to extract what I put in so anything further I get from ZIVO is a bonus. Have a number of other companies I would prefer to own. So I am very much inclined to the sell side although I wouldn't walk away from potential upside were it to show itself. LOL ..... I think of 50 cents as a pipe dream for this company, not because of the IP but because of mgmt. But stranger things have happened. Dahl got into Zoetis ..... which will advance to final test stage when ZIVO gets the money (which I expect near term). Regardless of my disdain for his style, have to give him credit for at least whats been achieved so far. Just a SWAG but I'd not be surprised to see 1 or even 2 more names enter the picture.

And regardless of the 50 cents comment, if this company were able to develop and land business across the vertical structure as presently laid out, the value possible is significant ...... and well north of 50 cents. That said, I'd be far more inclined to see this company bought out long before that cause I don't think mgmt is equipped to see all of that through within this century.
