Agree. This could all be timed out perfectly. Drop a PR anytime now about long term stability and possible partnership. I just cannot imagine the company would file a shelf like that right before an NDA for no "major reason". Its the only thing that makes sense too me. If they did it for giggles to just have in the background, that would be sad, imo
