It appears He puts out PRs in an attempt to sell shares

he believes that a real company needs no paid promotion or hype but that the value will increase organically as the company proves itself with earnings
Yet never any GTRQ earnings nor increase in "value", instead lots of empty promotional efforts

he is all about shareholder value...he has promised not to increase the authorized shares
He's not so much about shareholder value, he let the pps dip to a penny then increased authorized shares by 400%
