That's my guess,it was the first PUMP and DUMP salvo fired across the bow to hopefully get a load of new SUCKERS to buy in.

Didn't work......

Anyone doing five seconds of DD,has some trading experience and sees a AS of 11 BILLION shares knows this is just a SHAM from this point on. I've yet to see ANYTHING showing the details of those four billion shares that are "restricted." Restricted to WHAT,not being DUMPED until Jan 2017?
