Its not a big deal to me the split . however the stock is in highly visible nasdaq and personally do not see the reason for a reverse split and do not expect institutional investing interest with a stock a price over 2.38. the splits are not cheap and suspect a hidden card in play that usually do not help us individual investors and to tell you the truth i had four reverse split this year with horrendous results and trailing stock values now from my original investing. in all this instances their claim were that investors do not need require approval i suspect as said before a hidden agenda in play now and The only reason i have not sold is because its holidays and they got a retail company not sure how will play but otherwise this will be a roasted turkey to my profit-losses end of year
