Who in their right mind is purchasing restricted shares in PBIO at 40 cents per share with a 50 cent warrant? Thats what apparently is taking place according to the private placement terms in the PR

The stock cant even hold 30 cents!

Have to give PBIO credit if they can somehow find investors for this offering.

A 33% premium to market for restricted shares. It should be the other way around!
