It never went up because VNDM was selling hundreds of millions of shares and killed every run that started to happen. VNDM and VFIN are both now sitting at .001 instead of .0001. My sale happened over a 2 month period with 10 million share blocks. I had hoped that the company would at least update shareholders about any progress, but apparently they do not need investors.

This is part of the ABC agreement:

Section 7.07 No Third-party Beneficiaries.
Except as provided in Article VI , this Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

Later in the document this phrase appears:

I think that the MM's have liquidated the shares for their clients and if the company ever makes a statement or releases a PR the stock might move, but I am done waiting for that day. If you still own shares, GLTU and I hope things change for the better in the future.
