Safeguard security systems' CEO was a gentleman by the name of Michael Legow. Michael Gelman was on the board of directors and maybe listed as President (cant remember). Michael Gelman and his brother are well known stock fraudsters. Safeguard security systems was obviously in the security business and then they purchased another company that had something to do with armored cars. I do believe they were a legitimate business but one that owed a great deal of money. They owed a substantial amount of money to a gentleman named Corey Ribotsky. I believe that was his name. It's been quite a few years so I'm going from memory here. I believe Corey was indicted and his company shutdown and I had anticipated Safeguard security Holdings stock going up because if this gentleman was arrested then chances are Safeguard security systems would no longer owe him any money. But in receivership, all the people that Corey ribotsky defrauded, were entitled to damages and that's one of the reasons why Safeguard security Holdings was put into receivership so that any assets they had, could be seized and returned back to people that Corey screwed over. About a year or so ago, someone created a phony Safeguard Securities website that had a bunch of marijuana leaves in the background and created the illusion that Safeguard security systems was. So when I noticed a high volume day and saw the fraudulent website, I decided to sell into that volume and recovered all of my investment back. I had family members do the same on that day and it was a good call. You can go back to posts of mine from a year or so ago and see what I pointed out. I purchased all of my shares of stock at .0002 and held them for years. As far as why the stock trades a few hundred dollars worth of stock every so often, I liken it to a tourist walking through an old Ghost Town, opening the saloon doors and putting a nickel down on the counter and expecting a fresh glass of whiskey. It's all Just an Illusion. SSHSQ. Has been in receivership under the control of Ian Stockoe (spelling) 4 years and all you have to do is Google his name and the word "price Waterhouse Cooper" and you should be able to contact him to find out the latest.
