Randy Goulding might sue SRSR management next.....

Take a gander and check out Goulding's past penny stock raids. Many times old Randy turns on the same company he represents and sues them.

Goulding has absolutely no interest in developing a mine, he only wants to bill, print paper and whack it out. That's it. He has a partner in Howard Salamon in Capitol Capital Corporation who shares the same agenda.

John O'Shea is a serial stock diluter who's top professional accreditation is a diploma in outdoor education.

Dan, self admittedly, is not the 'sharpest knife on the block' but Randy is 'razor sharp'.

Otto is an absentee director whose hatred for Scott overwhelms his judgement. Randy is taking advantage of Otto's obsession, Otto has given him the ship's (SRSR) wheel and Randy will steer the ship into rocks where when the ship breaks up, Howard and Randy will pilfer all the ship's goods while the ship's officers (Dan and Otto) and crew (SRSR shareholders) drown.

Dan and Otto better 'put on their big boy pants' or they could be in very, very serious jeopardy.
