$LIBE...I disagree. not sure where you are getting your info either. LIBE never had any 8k's of substance before the reverse, never a real company in it "also filled in 8k as Completed" and never had any revenue until now. The company started earlier on audit coming out soon as well. So as far as "once a scam always a scam" does not make sense here based on the actually substance now in the company followed by actual filings. I believe they are trying to build something here and only time will tell.
