It's time to get to the truth behind Maciora's two Pro Se Complaints against MEC's former auditor PMB Helin and Transfer Agent--Signature Stock Transfer. Were they in fact an Offense as Defense to cover his misdeeds, and try to take down the CEO with the property side show?
Note that according to the Company's Complaint below, Maciora did not "win" the SST case in Collins County, TX, as some have claimed in this forum.
