YES, they are all the same. Does it matter? YES
Why does it matter? Because YORKVILLE TOOK EVERYTHING INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES.
Listen people, Yorkville controls the brand now. They control the patents, the rights, the websites, everything. WHY CHANGE ANYTHING when it would cost them more money? You know these people only care about making money so why would they waste it rebranding everything that THEY OWN AND CONTROL ALREADY? Just common sense deems to leave everything AS IS.

What does Yorkville owe shareholders? NOT A DAMN THING because NEOM shareholders are not their problem.
Lets try a simple analogy. Say you give a person money to put a down payment on a car, the person fails to make payments so the bank repos the car. Does the bank owe you anything? Do you own part of the car? No? Well, you GAVE NEOM money, they didn't keep up with payments and the lender now has everything. GET IT?
