Simply because this is the type of stocks I like to play. It is at the bottom and has a very attractive share structure. One day it will run when company puts out news or a update. Or a group could decide to run it. This one has so few shares available all it would take is a couple that starts accumulating to make it go up and get noticed. Then more eyes will take notice. Just never know in pennyland what is gonna be the trigger that causes it to turn around. I prefer to be in ahead of time over chasing it. I am away from the computer most days during market hours so it is hard for me to catch them after they start running.
