...so what I'm trying to say is that I think the 56.18MW phase is the project that could be relatively close to beginning (the other phases that add up to 200MW in Vietnam will come in future years) This 56.18MW phase looks like it would pay $1.5M and then the rest of the fees would be paid over the life of the 20 year PPA. So $1.5M + ($3.25M/20 year term) = $1.66M for year 1 and then 166k every year after. Natcore costs are $4 - 5 million annually so we are still ~$2.3 - $3.3 million short of breaking even = more private placements and dillution. This is just my take.
