Could you explain why the lawsuits continue against Imaging3 ???

The company is a scam. We all know it. What is the point of undoing the bankrupotcy? The lenders plus Dean and Dane own the company before bankruptcy. They own the company AFTER bankruptcy. It is the nature of pennystock scams.

So why the continuous lawsuts? Was the vexatious litigant week not covered in Law School?
