While it appears there are conflicts of interest at times with the FDA, unless you have direct evidence of payoffs, I won't believe it.

APRI is having a difficult time moving towards FDA approval due to their own incompetence. Pascoe and all involved in this recent debacle should be fired. They have continued to destroy shareholder value and might not make it to the finish line (run out of cash) even if they get approval.

My best guess is they find a buyer for what little can be gained and bail. And the only ones who benefit will be Pascoe and others who get some kind of buyout.
