I wonder if they are going to use part of that money to dress up the company, especially the patents , then formally shop the company around.. if they can formalize some IP experts in detail, and show exactly how the patents can and will help their company and also to avoid paying against any infringement.. As well as the NOLS and the other companies that Upland owns.. roll everything up, dress it up real nice, formally, and then shop it around.. and hopefully this will be our Christmas bonus.
