So why is it that Cyclone spent $2 on "General and Administrative" for every $1 on R&D?

We have published and fully disclosed that the salaries and rents were expensed by GAAP accounting but never paid rather expensed and the forgiveness of some of this accrued debt was forgiven which puts it into additional paid in capital BUT THE EXPENSE STAYS ON THE BOOKS.
