With the market at all time highs, this is the time a stinky pinky could flourish with the right set of events. I think if I saw Arcaro owning more than 0% of csce stock, I would feel more confident in an a/s reduction. It's obvious Joe wants to clean up csce, which he has done by bringing us otc current and reducing the o/s down to 33 million from wherever it was, to sell for a profit.

I'm assuming Joe is a court appointed receiver since he owns zero shares. He put up his own money to get us here, but I am just not clear on how Joe profits when someone new takes the helm of CSCE

Just waiting on the otc profile to change to new management. Hopefully that happens by year end since our NV SOS data has to be updated before Dec 31st
