Yep! When The Hedge funds team together and all 13 funds known as the wolf Pack goes after a company, The attack and court cost is so over whelming for a small company. That it is hard to recover.

They say they covered long ago there 500m+ short position and made $440k for each of the 13 Pack members. They said Thanks for buying & your money...it always looks better in our portfolios.
