Does anyone know how long it takes to charge the battery on a MyCadian watch? I'm told that it would be great if it was 30 minutes every 3-4 days like the Garmin. The Apple Watch has so much stuff on it that you have to recharge it every night. That means that it is useless to use to monitor sleep if it needs to be charged while you sleep. I'm sure this has been addressed but I haven't heard or read anything about recharging.
