It may have been someone dumping their 9,300 shares out of their account. If so, it would have gone off at $.000001, seeing that it's at no bid.

Obviously, no one in their right mind would offer to buy a no bid dead ticker for that much over the ask and no broker would execute it on behalf of a client.

In fact, most brokers nowadays would refuse to even buy such a ticker for a client.
