If you look at Joseh Collins Punch TV Securities and Exchange Commission filings, you see one auditor and creator of financial statements that may be fraudulent. Daniel Leonard does not appear anywhere as a CPA and yet he signed documents as auditor submitted to the SEC.

Next audit firm resigns before submitting and reports. He's on his third auditor in 1 year.
