I tend to agree with you right now. I listened to the CC and their focus is about treatments but wanting to stay on the NYSE by doing an R/S is just ridicules.

Once/if the R/S goes through, which sounds like a 50-1 it won't take long for the stock to slide back down to less than a dollar. They need to just focus on bringing PV-10 to market and the share price will take care of itself!

I have a feeling this continues to drop based on no shareholder value here... IMO
