This is comical - I suspect everyone understands my real DD and it is obvious that Tom Kim and Mike Choi are friends and business partners.

Here goes one more time - and just through each item and post the DD that proves they aren't correct - Conrad Properties was one small business venture don't get hung up on something trivial - look at the connection to Michael Choi and the Beverly Hills property. If you would like for me to post real DD about Conrad Properties - seems I posted about it last year - but I will be more than happy to accommodate. LMAO!!! But it is trying to deflect away from the facts that Kim and Choi and friends and business partners.

It seems I have posted volumes of verifiable proof the connection between Kim and Choi - I will try one more time.

Doing any DD on NGCG it is very easy to understand that the Chinese group has been in control of the shell from the beginning - at least since Kim took control.

If anyone read my DD - there was multiple connections between Mike Choi and Tom Kim - from CK West, CK Pacific, Conrad Properties Las Vegas, Inc., JSBP Metals & Recycling, Inc....

Norman Choi is President of Ideal Team Ventures which purchased De Tomaso to reintroduce the legendary Pantera and Gumpert Apollo. Look for both cars to be introduced at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Oddly for a few the name of the Mike Choi boat is Apollo - let me guess that is just a coincidence. LOLOL!!!

I am saying that in my opinion the Chinese group controls the NGCG shell and Kim is the front man. Which could be good or bad only time will tell. But, you can bet Kim does have input into what is the course of the company.

Here is a partial Bio of Michael Choi: http://www.sunwahinternational.com/Common/Reader/Channel/ShowPage.jsp?Cid=45&Pid=4&Version=0&Charset=iso-8859-1&page=0

Let's do a little more Real DD and see what we can find.

For the address - 609 North Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

On Jan 23, 2006, Yang Sook Ok purchased the property - On Jan 27, 2010 Buyer: Koon Ming Choi (Living Trust), Michael Koon-Ming Choi (Trustee)...

On Dec 4, 2012 Buyer: Ck Pacific LLC and the Seller was: Seller: Koon Ming Choi (Living Trust), Michael Koon-Ming Choi (Trustee)

JSBP Metals provided the financing to purchase the shell from Ross - Michael Choi is 50% owner in JSBP. Let me guess another coincidence?

There seems to be a fixation on the "two Asian dudes" as some refer to it - standing in front of a Yacht named Apollo - where Ideal Team Ventures purchased Gumpert Apollo - I have no idea why that has been so difficult to grasp. But I will provide more real DD to help:

Following restructuring in 2015, Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur GmbH was rebranded as Apollo Automobil GmbH. The company's new owner, Ideal Team Ventures Limited, is a holding company with investments in a range of industries including the automotive sector, financial services, food and beverage, and leasing and chartering.

"I have always been a big fan of the Gumpert Apollo. It was, in my opinion, a thoroughbred hypercar that stood out among its competitors," says Norman Choi, owner of Ideal Team Ventures Limited. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to revive, reinvent and rebuild this legendary, record-breaking vehicle....

The Chinese holding company Consolidated Ideal Team Venture acquired De Tomaso after Swiss investment group L3 Holding failed to honor its financial commitments needed when it bought the rights for the De Tomaso brand.
