Yes everyone should VOTE NO TO ALL, This is all they do is reverse people out of their shares, listen everyone on stocktwits.com is also voting NO we just defeated them a few months ago, if they reverse they need to quickly dilute 20-30 million more shares to pay of their bad choice of financing and they want to increase the stock incentive to tens of millions of shraes for themselves, this company has an FDA approved product and should be a few dollars its not because the just reversed 12 months ago and are asking to do I again. If they win they will also have to do another offering to raise more money so they can have a job. Sell the company for a few dollars and don't screw over the shareholders. we can win get the word out to VOTE NO, if you did vote yes you have time to change but do it now, what investor ever thinks its good to reverse we will lose they win, stop the madness VOTE NO TO ALL....
