They have stated no increase in A/s will be needed. That would be much easier than a reverse split and far less costly to the company. the company is not in a hurry to get out PR as they are not interested in selling shares or raising any more money, and they also dont have any convertables debt, that is why these are such good price for the shares because when the update is released we could see a 5 to 10 times increase as there is nothing to dilute!! PFSD will be a big runner
