I'd like to get clarification on this as well, but I agree with Wallnut's point. Also, I'm considering that they added new executives and the share exchange would include an increase in preferred shares, which they would've had to increas AS to accommodate and still preserve capital structure to allow for divi shares, acquisitions, etc... and another takeaway is that they may have no intentions of doing a RS. But, since this is all conjecture, I agree, that more information on this would be helpful.
