This may explain the chart:

Subject to the adjustments set forth herein, the conversion price (the “ Conversion Price ”) for each Conversion shall be equal to 60% (the “ Conversion Factor ”) multiplied by the lowest Closing Bid Price in the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the applicable Conversion.
