At any rate when an appeals court looks at a district court judges finding of fact they treat it with "deference". What that means is they assume it to be correct unless it is not logically argued and supported with facts. The appeals court does not take a fresh look at the facts and re try the case. Anybody who looks into this and rejects the PTSC pumpers would realize this.
