RESULTS OF OPERATIONS FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2016 COMPARED TO 2015

The Company had revenues of $0 and $135,775 for the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015. The decrease in revenues is primarily due to focus on cleanup, and organization and commencement of development of the Tampa pilot plant. The Company will continue to pursue new contracts during the remainder of 2016.
