As of Weds Nov 30, APRI will be delisted and trading on the pink sheets.

I would think it would be in Pascoe's and the BOD best interest to try and sell the company and salvage something for the measley stock options they currently have.

It took Pascoe 5 years to destroy Somaxon, it took a little over 3 years to destroy APRI.
